I ordered back in October of 2020, it is now mid January and I still have yet to receive my ID. I have reached out and was told to be patient. Is there anyway I could get a refund or my ID?
Hi, please contact our customer service via email. We send a large number of packages via courier every day, so it is impossible to monitor the tracking information of every package. When any customer does not receive the ordered ID, they can contact our customer service via email and we will arrange to recreate a new ID for you and ship it until you receive it.
