They have plenty of time to return emails and comments about positive feedback but don’t have to time to fix mistakes. Very unprofessional. I’ve bought a lot of IDs through them and they still have no respect or willingness to fix errors.
We had a terrible terrible ID made that is very clearly fake and they offered no solution to fixing the editing on the photo. We bought others that looks fine. Then we ordered one and it got returned to sender I’ve reached out a handful of times to have this ID sent back to me with ZERO response.
