I ordered form here and when I opened the packing I found the id, the only problem was that it wasn’t mine the picture on the id was a black man ( im white ) and the name was not the one I put , my guess is they messed up the address of my id and they sent me someone else’s anyway I want the id I payed for

Hello, I would like to ask you to reply to my email, as I have not received a response back. You wrote to me that shipments are being returned from my country, but I don't have another address. I don't know why they are returning when you have already sent me a package from the Netherlands to my country and it arrived fine so what is the problem? Unfortunately the ID dose not scan. still good for places that dont scan but still a bit disappointed as thats one of their most advertised features.

super disappointed. do not order from them. i have made 2 orders so far and neither one scan!!! i got my id taken up! also, on my first order, my name was listed backwards, and on my second id, there was no clear coating on it! both of them looked fake and didnt scan! also, no response when i email them, ever!
