My order number is 200721060815018 my order says it’s been in customs since 7/28/20 and when I called FedEx they said my package is considered lost and that I should contact seller for refund.
Hi, it's not the same as their description. It is FedEx staff shortage, no one to handle the package so they find such an excuse. But you can rest assured that if the parcel has not updated information for a long time we will give you a redo order. Make sure you can receive the ID.
