Order number 200715062636012. My order status says it is completed but I never received an ID and the tracking information tells me that it is still in customs( which it has been for 2 weeks now) What should I do?
My order has been stuck in customs as well. They say there is nothing they can do. I'm starting to be very impatient and irritated. I have been emailing to give them the opportunity to fix this problem, but nothing has been done this far. I am really disappointed.
